Saturday August 15 is the Lehi Jamboree. IMPORTANT NOTE: All kids MUST have their medical physicals turned into Sean Walker prior to the game on Saturday. Otherwise, they will not be able to play. (league rules). Most doctors have their own forms they can fill out and submit.

Hey, FYI, I found that the Mountain Medical Urgent Care at 127 E Main St # A, Lehi, UT - (801) 768-1555 will do physicals for a flat fee of $25. My pediatrician was going to see my three boys on three seperate visits, but recommended I call an instacare who could see them back to back to back. I found this one and they don't even bill the insurance, it's just $25. They will do appointments or walk-ins and they are in on Saturdays...
